Making events memorable for millennials
Introducing
Events for the Millennial
Once an event has been decided upon, Sher's mobile application easily allows users to create, plan, and communicate about scrapbook worthy events. Through the use of features like countdown timers, custom push notifications, group messaging, and checklists, Sher can help millennials plan, coordinate, and build anticipation for their events.

Countdown Timers
Create anticipation for an event through timers that countdown the months, days, hours, minutes, and seconds until the start of the event. Once a date and time have been chosen, all of the participants can see the timer countdown.
Notifications
Sher employs the use of both custom and standard notifications. Users can easily create and send custom notifications to participants within a group. Additionally, notifications will automatically be sent when users are added to an event, when an event begins, and when a message is sent to the group.

Communication with the Group
Sher uses group messaging to keep all of the participants informed. Anyone can quickly send a message that will notify the entire group. Examples include determining travel plans, discussing various activities that the group can attend, or talking about group costumes.
Notes and Checklists
Why use multiple forms of media to communicate the details about an event. Sher allows planners to easily provide all of the details about an event in one central location with a section dedicated to notes and checklists. When participants ask what is needed, planners can easily direct them to Sher.
